ADEGA DOMINGOS TORRES - uma adega de cariz familiar, ficando à semelhança de outras, dentro do quintal da habitação. Teve a sua origem em 1975, não tendo sido restaurada até então. Outrora reinava a agitação da actividade vitivinicola, mas devido à crise que este sector atravessa, não houveram seguidores para dar continuidade a esta laboração. Hoje encontra-se desactivada, mas constitui sem dúvida, um marco de uma identidade deste povo, que fazia desta, o seu principal meio de subsistência. Aqui, ainda podemos encontrar 2 curtimentas, uma prensa hidráulica, 2 depósitos de cimento e inúmeras alfaias agrícolas, todos ainda funcionáveis fruto de um recente abandono. Esta adega faz também parte integrante da Vila Museu, no sentido de aqui ser recreado uma parte específica das técnicas de lagaragem.
DOMINGOS TORRES - a typical family winery, being similar to others in the Village, it's within the yard of the house. Had its origin in 1975 and it has not been restored so far. Once it could be heard all the buzz of wine activity, but because of the crisis that this industry faces, there were no followers to continue laboring. Today this cellar disabled, but is certainly a milestone for an identity of this people who tooked from this activity, their main livelihood. Here, we can still find 2 tanning, a hydraulic press, 2 cement deposits and numerous farm implements, all still functionable, that result from a recent abandonment. This winery is also a part of the Village Museum, where we recreated here, a specific part of the wine production techniques.
