ADEGA JOAQUIM CAPÃO

ADEGA JOAQUIM CAPÃO - uma das adegas mais antigas de Aveiras de Cima, datando dos finais do séc. XIX, tendo sofrido várias modificações no seu interior durante o Séc. XX. A sua produção é reduzida, mas podemos encontrar um vinho de boa qualidade, numa garrafa elegante. Embora a adega esteja apetrechada com as novas tecnologias, houve um cuidado no restauro das partes mais antigas que lhe traduzem a sua história. Esta adega foi palco de uma das reuniões secretas de preparação para o 25 de Abril, onde delinearam os traços daquilo que futuramente iria constituir a nova República Portuguesa. Quando visitamos esta adega podemos saborear um "vinho com história".

                   

CELLAR JOAQUIM CAPÃO - one of the oldest wineries in Aveiras de Cima, dating from the end of the nineteenth century, has suffered various improvements during the twentieth century. Its production is reduced, but we can find a wine of good quality, in a elegant bottle. Although this winery is equipped with new technology, it was made a careful restoration of the oldest parts. This cellar was the stage of one of the secret meetings of preparation for the 25th April revolution, where it was designed the new lines of the future Portuguese Republic. When we visited this winery can taste a "wine with history."
