ADEGA CARIDOSA

ADEGA VINHOS DA CARIDOSA - situada na Quinta da Caridosa, possui um espaço bastante agradável, com uma ampla vista para a charneca, rodeada pelos seus 12 hectares de vinha. Adega originária do início do séc. XX, sofreu várias remodelações sendo a primeira em 1970. Como resultado desta passagem dos anos, encontramos desde os originais cascos de carvalho, às modernas cubas de inox, sendo o seu ex-libris uma máquina manual de enrolhamento com mais de 100 anos. Desta adega resultam vinhos brancos e tintos, tendo uma capacidade máxima de armazenamento de 150 mil litros. Com uma área bastante grande esta adega poderá proporcionar a um grupo desde uma festa vitivinícola, a um típico jantar dentro da adega, com uma variada escolha de vinhos.

THE WINE CELLAR CARIDOSA - located in Quinta da Caridosa, has a very nice area with extensive views over the moor, surrounded by its 12 hectares of vineyard. The cellar is from the beginning of the twentieth century, has undergone several renovations being the first in 1970. As a result of the passage trough times, we find from the original oak barrels, to the modern stainless steel tanks, but the most important piece, is a manual machine of bottling wine with more than 100 years. From this cellar, with a maximum storage capacity of 150 thousand liters, we can taste either white or red wines. With a very large open space this winery can receive a group from a wine festival, to a typical dinner in the winery with a wide choice of wines.
