ADEGA RAFAEL ABREU

ADEGA RAFAEL ABREU - foi eregida em 1957, tendo sido a sua construção bastante faseada, como podemos observar pelo seu recheio, que faz a transposição da adega tradicional, para a adega moderna. Aqui produz-se vinho tinto e branco, proveniente dos 12 hectares, sendo bastante afamados na região, tendo ganho alguns prémios inclusivé. Nesta adega podemos assistir ao ensinamento que foi passado de pais para filhos, constituindo ainda hoje o principal meio de subsistência da familia, o que antevê a continuidade desta produção vitivinicola. Nesta adega podemos observar várias tipologias de tratamento do vinho, desde os cascos de carvalho, aos tratamentos nas modernas cubas de inox.

CELLAR RAFAEL ABREU - was erected in 1957 but it was a phased construction, as observed by their contents, which makes the transition of traditional cellar, to the modern winery. Here it produces red and white wine, from the 12 hectares which is quite famous in the region, having won some awards. In this winery we can watch the teaching that was passed from fathers to sons, and today it still is the main livelihood of the family, which envisions the continuation of this production. In this cellar, we can see various types of treatment of wine from the oak casks, to the modern stainless steel vats.
